The Regional Administrative Secretary for Morogoro Mr CLIFODI TANDARI was formerly involved in the initiation of the project idea, but also invited to officiate its start at the Mvomero District offices. The project has been implemented in line with government guidelines and regulations as well as capitalizing on the technical expertise available in the district council when implementing both hard and soft-ware interventions of the project.
